To ensure your rights at all times, please follow these rules:

For Service Buyers:

• Contact the seller before completing the purchase, ensuring their availability and capability to accomplish the specified tasks.

• If the seller fails to respond or deliver as agreed in previous communication, you can easily cancel the service, obtain a refund, and make another purchase or request a refund through microloop .

For Project Owners:

• Provide a detailed project description, specifying all requirements clearly, to receive suitable offers. Indicate a suitable timeframe and budget for the project.
• If the seller's offer differs in terms of duration and budget from what you presented, the seller's offer takes precedence.
• Communicate with any bidder on your project, and the bidder can adjust their offer after your interaction with them.
• Any important information shared with the seller is your personal responsibility, including passwords, phone numbers, and personal accounts.
• In case of issues with the seller, attempt to resolve them amicably as long as the project has not been delivered and the seller has not received payment.

For Service Sellers:

• Provide a clear and detailed description of your service, as this is what the buyer will receive upon purchasing it.
• Do not start executing the service until the buyer initiates the purchase. You will receive a notification of a new deal and the number of services you are currently working on in your control panel.
• Attach all necessary files related to the deal in the project discussion page to facilitate credit withdrawal without issues or reservations.

Remember not to use external communication or request any contact methods such as email or social media. microloop  will not protect you if any communication occurs outside the platform, and this may lead to the closure of your account.
