Welcome to the microloop  platform! We are pleased that you take a detailed look at all the terms of use, which represent the mandatory guidelines for all members on microloop . Through these terms, we aim to create a flexible and professional working environment that ensures all parties' rights, fulfills their aspirations, and meets their needs. Therefore, your registration on the platform signifies your full agreement to the following guidelines:

1. Accuracy of Information:

It is a requirement on microloop  to ensure accuracy in all data and information you input, whether during registration or afterward. Impersonation or the use of someone else's identity, email, or any incompatible information with your real data is strictly prohibited.

2. Freelancer Age:

The minimum age for registering on the microloop  website is 16 years, and registration under the names of either parent is not allowed.

3. Multiple Accounts:

Creating more than one account for the same user, regardless of the reasons, is prohibited. In case you encounter any issues with your account, you can contact the website's support for assistance.

4. Account Privacy:

Each account represents only one user, and it is not permissible for more than one user to interact with the same account.

5. Account Deletion:

Account deletion is not possible on microloop  due to the connection of accounts with financial transactions and payment gateways.

6. Identity Verification:

microloop  may obligate some clients, without stating reasons, to provide identity verification or proof of ownership of the withdrawal method or other data to complete transactions on the platform.

7. Username and Profile Picture:

Users are committed to using their real names, and it is not allowed to use a name contrary to the one stated in their identity. Using someone else's image or an image of a company logo or entity is prohibited unless ownership proof or authorization is obtained. Additionally, using any indecent images is not allowed.

8. Platform Commission:

The platform does not charge any commissions from the buyer, except for automatic deductions as transfer fees in some payment gateways. The platform receives a commission ranging from 10% to 20% from the freelancer, detailed as follows:

  • Microservices: 20% commission + a separate 2 Pi fee for customized offers.
  • Projects: Only a 20% commission.
  • Taxes: A commission of 2% is deducted from each deposit to develop the platform.

9. Minimum Withdrawal Limit:

The minimum withdrawal amount from the microloop  platform is 25 Pi, and the payment is processed within a maximum of one week from the withdrawal request date.

10. Balance Locking Period:

The balance is withdrawn through 1 week for last earnings once it exceeds the minimum withdrawal limit of 25 Pi.

11. Communication Mechanism:

Communication is limited solely to the platform, and any communication outside the platform deprives the user of their rights and may lead to the suspension of their account.

12. Refund of Loaded Balance:

  • Refunds must be requested within 60 business days.
  • No cancellations are allowed for completed or ongoing transactions, whether services or projects, even if both parties are satisfied.
  • Users cannot request a refund after 30 days from the date of recharge.
  • If a refund incurs a fee, the user is responsible for it. Refunds are processed only to the account that was charged in Pi Freelancer, and not to any other account.

13. Review of Published Content:

The platform has the right to review, approve, reject, or delete services, projects, topics, and other data before or after publication. Users are usually informed of the reason for rejection or requested modifications, but this is not mandatory on the platform. When adding any content to microloop , including services, projects, and portfolios, users must adhere to the following standards to avoid rejection or permanent deletion:

  • Provide a service that offers clear, valuable, and unique benefits to the buyer, with a clear and specified price and timeframe.
  • Write in good and understandable English.
  • Use a clear and unambiguous title.
  • Use high-resolution and appropriately sized images, avoiding inappropriate content.
  • Provide sufficient description of the service to avoid misunderstandings.
  • Ensure that all specified service features match those mentioned in the written description.

14. Intellectual Property Rights:

Profiting in any form from materials with intellectual property rights belonging to someone else other than the freelancer or authorized company is prohibited. The project owner owns all intellectual and legal rights related to purchased services or projects unless otherwise agreed upon before starting work.

15. Code of Ethics:

Users commit to dealing with honesty, integrity, transparency, and avoiding the use of inaccurate or deceptive information. Users must not use any method that may cause direct or indirect harm to the platform or its members. Additionally, users must use the platform only for its intended purpose and within the previously mentioned guidelines. In case of any violation of the aforementioned terms and obligations, the platform has the right to completely or partially ban the user without prior warning or stating reasons.

16. Reasons for "Account Suspension" on microloop :

Users may face account suspension for various reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Using inaccurate data or attempting to impersonate someone else.
  • Using payment methods not owned by the account holder.
  • Using the account by more than one person.
  • Possessing multiple accounts on the platform.
  • Acting as an intermediary between a buyer outside the platform and a freelancer.
  • Exchanging external contact information or attempting communication outside the platform.
  • Posting works not owned by the user or copied from others.
  • Creating fake projects, contests, services, or topics.
  • Exploiting freelancers and requesting work that was not agreed upon without their consent.
  • Attempting to exploit buyers and requesting additional amounts outside the agreed scope.
  • Evading payment of platform fees or to other users.
  • Engaging in unethical behavior against any user or the administration.
  • Causing any harm to the platform or its users.
  • Using the platform for purposes other than its intended use.
  • Agreeing with a user to purchase a service for the purpose of evaluation, leading to permanent suspension for both accounts.
  • Sending links to competing websites in any section of the platform.
