1- Relationship between Freelancers and Buyers:

microloop strives to achieve complete justice between freelancers and buyers, prohibiting any form of discrimination against either party or attempting to exploit or drain them under any claims. It believes that a healthy relationship between both parties must be based on mutual respect and appreciation.

2- Customer Data:

The privacy of customer data is of utmost priority for microloop . All data and information are securely protected and subject to precise standards to ensure they are used only in a manner consistent with the client's interest or continuous development through the platform's declared policies. Legal judgments requiring disclosure of some data are an exception to this rule.

3- Legal Responsibility:

Registration on the platform and agreeing to the terms and regulations confirms the client's unequivocal acceptance of bearing all legal responsibilities in case of misuse of the site or any losses resulting from their inability to use the platform appropriately or sending personal or financial information to any party without consulting the site administration.

4- Exchange of Contact Data:

Clients lose all their rights if they exchange contact data for communication outside the platform. In such a case, the administration has the right to freeze the account for a limited or permanent period, either completely or partially, without prior warning.

5- Freezing Balances:

In the case of a permanent account freeze for committing a serious violation, microloop has the right, upon account suspension, to freeze the entire balance in the banned user's account, whether temporarily or permanently. This is at the discretion of the administration and depends on the extent of harm caused by the user.

6- Need for Complaint Submission:

In case a client faces any issues, the platform is not obligated to take action until a complaint is received from the client. It is important to note that microloop is committed to providing users with the best possible experience and continually strives to improve services and work environment.

7- Protection of Login Data:

Login data for each client is a personal responsibility of the account owner. If someone else obtains and uses this data to access the platform and execute transactions, the responsibility lies with the account owner, and the platform bears no responsibility for the operations performed.

8- Sustainability of Member Accounts:

The platform grants permanent, non-deletable accounts with unchangeable identities to users to safeguard the rights of freelancers and buyers.

9- Monitoring Data Transmitted through the Platform:

The platform's administration has the right to review, monitor, and access all data exchanged through the platform. It continually seeks to delete any content violating norms, ethics, local and international laws, conventions, without any obligation on the part of the platform.

10- General Reasons for Account Bans:

The platform has the right to ban (completely or partially, temporarily or permanently) any member who commits legal or ethical violations, attacks or diminishes another member, or publishes content that violates morals.
